I am a pitcher myself and I take lessons at Grease lightning Pitching Academy twice a month. Some of the drills i do are wrist snaps, full motion drills, step and slides, i work out with wieghts (2 - 5lbs.) three times a week. for the wrist snaps get a softie softball ( made for pitching drills) and practice snapping your wrist against a brick wall. full motion drills are when you go through your pitch without a ball. Step and slide drills are when you put your arms behind your back and and practice striding as far as you can. This builds up leg muscles. For a while i did not do my drills and one week i did drills everyday and gained almost 5mph.

well u need to practice a lot! i have been pitching for a long time. and im really not that good but i know a few things about it. when u are pitching u need to release it at ur side. and flip ur wrist. it helps a lot. i have a bruise on my side from hitting it when i pitch. but i know where to release it. that is really important. i always say find ur release point. well i really hope this helps! good luck and remember to practice.

Key Points: +Relaxing before you step into the box(Take a deep breath) +Good grip on the bat(Relaxed, but not too much) +Good stance(Bent knees, feet a little further than shoulder length apart, and bat a few inches above the shoulder) +Watching the ball all the way +Follow through(Bat on opposite shoulder, hips facing pitcher)

I am catcher so I hear alot of the things that get said to a pitcher. Ive realized that if you keep you back straight your ball will come much more aggressively.

You can set a target and aim at it. That's what i did. Gradually get for more aggressive(faster). Don't really try to aim. Let it just go from your hand.
