Do you go to a graveyard and visit loved ones or to you is memorial day just a day to get off work and BQ and camp, etc....

I visited my loved ones and placed flowers. I am very glad that this Day can be celebrated by some with BBQ and fun,there is nothing wrong with that. I hope everyone has a memory(little play on words) holiday..:)

It's a day to remember America's war dead and I don't know anyone who died while serving our country. I do, however, always contribute to the veterans who sell the poppies each Memorial Day and make an annual contribution to the Disabled American Veterans organization.

I cannot remember the dead Countess Bathory...for they live in my dreams..in my every waken moment, I will never forget the memory of my father..for I am his student...his wisdom haunts me...memories of our conquest together still fill me with joy...the smells of my grandmother's country cooking to this day tingle my senses..the serenity of my grandfather is still a mystery to me and I am weary from battle with the Vegans...(and my knee is still recovering from surgery)..I spent my weekend enjoying the company of the Avatars..and how was yours?...did you receive any special blessings?

I wear my camo bikini and hat and carry around a gun. It's my own weird way to remember them. and the banks get to close for another holiday. I don't like barbque, it makes me vomit.
