I just picked up a really clean one from a lil ole lady in my neighborhood for incredibly cheap. I'd like to upgrade the speakers, as the right front one is the only one that works, & it's all crackly. I don't know if those grills snap off, or are removed from under the dash. I prefer not to break 'em finding out. thanks!!

Been quite a few years since I worked on one but if memory serves me correctly, the grilles are help in place by nuts under the dash that attach to studs coming from the bottom of the grilles which is also how you remove the speakers.Remove glove box on the right side and a/c duct , if any, on the left. May also have to pull out the cluster. Not a good setup for swapping speakers a lot but that wasn't an issue back then.

look along the leading edge of the dash....there are about 5 or 6 screw,s you must remove....one inside the glove box....then you can lift it & pull back to remove....un hook any wire,s first.
