God knows what was written, and was there while it was being written. God doesn't need the actual letter because God will not forget what was said, but I am certain God appreciates all forms of communication.
SO a few suggestions:
- Keep it in a sealed envelope and file it away somewhere that you will likely forget about it for a while... leave it alone until you don't remember what you wrote (or longer if it takes a few more years to come across it again). It will be interesting to see how your understanding, perceptions, and relationship with God have changed in that time. Do the things that concerned you at the writing still concern you now? Has God provided any answers to your written prayer? I did this once, just found that letter yesterday. Interesting experience. (you may offer to hold onto it for him- age may play a part in ability to do this)
- I've also written down messages for God and symbolically sent it to God... tied to a helium balloon, or up as smoke as the letter burned by a candle, or in a fireplace... especially effective if you are asking God to take some burden from you, or help you let go of a hurt/pain, or asking forgiveness.
- I also have a friend that uses a “God box”. She would seal, wrap, and decorate and empty box with a slot in the top to drop notes into. She puts in little notes about things that concern her into this box “giving” these over to God. At the end of the year she will open the box and review them. She said she doesn’t even remember most of the things she wrote about. This has helped her put her daily concerns into perspective, and trust God more to lighten her load. It also has shown her how God has worked in her life over the year in ways that she otherwise would not have noticed. She makes a new box each year.
Many people seem to believe in a large bodied deity that is permanently/eternally located on a throne in a place called Heaven. If you want a physical address you may wait to see if one of them gives an answer. Probably something like:
God Almighty
777 Throne Place
Heaven, Kingdom of God 73737
God to me seems everywhere present, especially within everything that has life, and places an added presence of God’s Spirit within the beings of all who put their faith in God. There is no fixed location of God’s presence to send a physical letter. God already received the letter as it was written… I see the best response as using this request for an address as an opportunity to share your own perceptions and experiences of God with them. I don’t suggest “pushing” your beliefs on others, but simply sharing your beliefs and encouraging your nephew in his own relationship with God seems very appropriate.

There is no way you can send mail to God, but you can try and tell your Nephew, when he goes to bed at night, to talk to the Lord, as if he is telling a friend his secrets, and God will be listening to whatever he wants to tell him, and that God does not divulge his secrets. You do not say how old your Nephew, is, but my guess is,he must be very young, to ask for God's address. You must Love your nephew a lot, to try and help him with what he wanted for you to do. God Bless you for it.

This is a chance to deepen his understanding of God. Tell him why the whole idea of contacting God as you would another person - or 'contacting' God at all, as if God could be out of touch - needs to be turned round a bit. God is everywhere and to contact God your nephew just needs to put his thoughts together; and if he's thinking about something very serious or special, there are ways of praying which are different from just sharing his thoughts with God.
Why this reply has been given a thumbs down is beyond me. But that's life on Yahoo Answers - put downs without responsibility for giving your reasons.

If your nephew did write that message and meant to send it to god I assure you that the email has been delivered and received already .
Whenever a human speak to or writes a letter/Email to God whatever address he will put ,defiantly CC will be copied to God because god knows and watch us during our entire life
If this does not satisfy him ,please send the letter to me and i will make sure it's delivered .

you could leave the letter with a biscuit, and tell your nephew God will send an angel to pick the letter up

I had a friend who used to send mail to GOD. He would put the letter in an ashtray or in a fireplace and light it on fire. It saves a stamp and was very cathartic for him.

Maybe you could try "c/o Santa Claus, North Pole"? More seriously, if he's very young I might leave Santa out of it - that's a delightful fantasy worth preserving for a few years. But whatever his age, I'd explain that God only exists in the mind; and to explain that I'd get him to shut his eyes and imagine a yellow horse, then ask him whether that horse exists anywhere except in his mind. It opens a window on imagination and reality at the same time. I found my grandkids were quite happy with atheism from the age of two. But perhaps it was in their genes, so they came already bullet-proofed against paternal grandmother and others.

Advise him to send his mail through prayers. However,if his mail has any sort of complaint in it,it would be a vain attempt.
God must have been tired of reading or listening to mails(prayers) consisting of any sort of complaints, otherwise He would bother to do something to prevent so many evil things across the world.
