august is when they start but if it comes anywhere near you you will hear about it.
ryan said at the end of idol that it was gonna start all over again in january but the auditions start in august that is where i am basing my answer on.

I think you should go to american idols web page or to fox I dont think they have it up yet yo should keep on checking it out

It is not confirmed when and where, but I am pretty sure that they will go to Indianapolis.
