You need a toilet plunger not a flat sink plunger. If that won't clear it then buy a toilet auger ($25-$50). It is a metal snake with a handle to turn it, a padded section to keep from scraping the porcelain, and a sharp point on the toilet end. Twist it and use it to either hook the pen or dislodge it so it falls down into the main drain. If that doesn't work then get a new wax gasket ($3) , remove the toilet bolts, reach into the toilet from the bottom end to clear it, and then put the toilet back with the new gasket. Your expenses for all of that together are less than the plumber's minimum charge.

depends on how many chickens are lodged in the dogs mouth and off course the height of the roof, and the distance between the roof and the toilet and the ability of the dog to disgorge the remnants of chicken flesh(including the feathers) in to a toilet. the simple solution shoot the dog off the roof and barbeque the chickens....... in the meantime do you think the scourge of MALARIA can be eradicated in AFRICA?
