Hi, An easy craft is making small boxes with lids that actually fit! This really gives you a sense of accomplishment.) You can find out how by looking on the Internet. Also, you might learn to cook, sew, and other housekeeping jobs. (I promise these things will come in handy someday..

I recommend going to the library and look throught their arts and crafts section. The library system in my city allows people to reserve books from any of their 20+ libraries and pick the books up at the library of their choice. It is nice to have so many selections without driving all over town, and you can look through a lot of books (for free) until you find one that you like. You can find craft books that fit not only your interests but also your budget. Some of the recycled art books are really cool, and you need very few new materials.

My other suggestion is to just look online. Do a search for 'easy crafts', and I'm sure you will get tons of ideas.

Good luck!

Go to Bored.com and I guarantee you will stay busy for hours. Or do what I did and plant a vegetable garden. There is nothing more Zen than planting a lifeless seed and helping it grow into something that you can eat. And trust me, what you grow in your backyard has a taste that you will never get at a store. I never thought that I, a Rock n' Roll singer could get into something like this but it started with a couple of Tomato plants 2 years ago and now I have half my back yard dug up.
