I don't think it's abnormal. It might be a stage he's going through, and he'll grow out of it. Had a friend in fifth grade. We've been friends for years, and he basically hung out with me and my other girlfriends. Then his dad made him join a golf league, and he stopped hanging out with us so much. We still get together, but he's mostly with his guy friends now. As long as he doesn't have a problem with it and the girls don't have a problem with it, maybe it's OK.

Well it depends in what context, but generally it looks kidn of weird.
If the sister is 15 and shes hanging out with her friends and her bro had to come than it sok.
