Any good or bad experiences with the Oujia Board? I'm thinking of getting one because I have a feeling somethings haunting my room. Do you have to do the Oujia Board in the dark? And what the heck are Tarot cards????

A simple OuiJa board can be made with slips of paper with letters on them and numbers if you wish, as well a two slips that say Yes and No. Arrange them in a circle on a smooth surface. Place an upside down glass in the middle of the circle and have those who wish to participate place a forefinger on the edge of the glasses bottom. Ask a question.
Don't turn the lights out, because you couldn't see the letters. Tarot is another type of divination, but requires a great deal of study to do correctly.
Remember, the glass and the slips have no power. Your hidden thoughts, needs, and sometimes devinations will start the glass moving for good or evil. It has nothing to do with spirits of any kind.

Ok, getting a Oujia board will just make you more paranoid, even if they're fake. I mean, they're party games. They work best with many people, because everyone's hands are moving the pointer so slightly no one person feels like they are responsible for the movement. Oh, and Tarot cards don't work either.
If you don't let these feelings frighten you, then the sense that there's a "haunting" should vanish. Hauntings are very dependant on someone's mental state - if you're already convinced that your room is haunted, your brain is going to interpret everything in that direction, even if anyone else would realize it's nothing. Don't let the little creaks and shadows get to you, because that's exactly what they are.

My aunt when she was little had a Ouija board propped up on here knees and she asked it if it was stupid. The board came up and hit her in the face with enough force to break her nose and the oracle flew across the room and broke her window. No one in are family has every been aloud to have one because of that.
Oh yeah, she and her mother barried it in the back yard that night after they came back from the hospital and the next morning it was all dirty sitting on the kitchen counter so then they burned it.

dabbling will only get the attention of every negative entity within 50 miles of your home.
if you believe your room to be haunted. then find a spiritualist to take care of it for you.
attempting to contact with a oujia board will only make your life worse. first off what you contact will prpbably not be the entity but something much nastier that will mask itself as your ghost at first to gain trust. then it will get you to begin helping it. and once it has established enough influence it will create a door. after that you have REAL problems.

I got a Oujia board years ago, we tried getting rid of it because bad things just kept happening, every time we would throw it away it would return. Either the garbage men would leave it behind or someone bought us one as a gift. It was awful. eventually we moved and it was left behind.

Seems like everyone here is rather paranoid if you ask me. I've never had a bad experience with a Ouija board. I just advise that you do not mess with it alone.

It will be very dangerous if the group of people who are engaging it has no one with the psychic ability to control or to thwart off summoned spirits or ghosts, especially mischievous and harmful ones, in their presence. Or else if something goes wrong, the weak ones will be easily possessed by such spirits or ghosts. Better yet, do not play it at all. Chant the Holy Names of God instead, it is more beneficial.

DO NOT GET A OUIJA BOARD! It make everything worse. And plus, spirits also like to mess with you when your playing w/ a Ouija Board. They'll try to scare you. And make you more paranoid than you already are.

You will just scare yourself with needless imaginings. It's all aload of rubbish. Do you think that if there was something "there" they would only communicate with you through a board? No! It would be better for them to appear right in front of you or something!

I used to do that in HS and College with friends. I would never think of doing it now. It's kindof a kid type thing that really can make you paranoid. I don't recommend it.
