**** loads of people are giving you a negative response to this question, yet no one can explain the hundreds of people who go missing every year world wide. they can't all be Reginald Perrin's.

Very few, or none. I cannot see why Aliens would want to do that. It is not necessary for them to do such outrageous conduct. Some may not like people of the Earth, but I doubt, that even an evil Alien would do such a thing.Aliens may be observing the Earth, keeping a close watch on Earth,but not laying hands on people, unless of course people trouble them first.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by implanted. I don't know.Maybe you should contact the FBI for a list of all the missing persons that have been reported.Maybe they are collecting lifeform samples from planets they come in contact with.Like we probably will want to do.Maybe they are modifying them like the borg,cybernetic enhancements for certain types of living and working conditions.

Probably zero.... The most likely explanation for why some people believe they have been abducted by aliens is something called "sleep paralysis".
