Phenylalanine has a benzene ring connected to a substituted three-carbon chain, as amphetamines do, but its properties are nothing like. Phenylalanine is used to make the sweetener aspartame, and that's why its listed in some ingredients. Persons with phenylketonuria cannot metabolize phenylalanine, hence the warning. Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid (needed in humans' diets).

The other ingredients you mention are completely unrelated to amphetamines.
