I never had my printer unplugged. I use Cannon printers with Toshiba laptop and Samsung desktop and when the paper jams in the printer and I click to print again I have always noticed that either computer will refuse to change back to the one print out. Will print the exact # that you clicked.

End results was wasted ink, and paper for extra copies I did not need. If I had an answer for myself, for sure I would share with you.

I have tried the instructions that others have given you. The computers still override the instructions.

Turn off your printer, unplug it and wait about 15 minutes then plug it back in and turn it back on....if this does not work, then go and click on your printer in your tray on right lower corner, click on the drop down menu and click cancel all print jobs, or it may make you click each job individually, either way just do it...then try and do step one I gave you above again..this should take care of it...I know I have done this on numerous occasions...DC

Turn your computer and your printer on and try and print a blank page. See if it prints that blank page. If it does and only that blank page it means the data you were going to print has been erased and so it wont print that out. so you will have to press print (for that something you wanted to print) again but once only.

If however the ten pages start coming out along with the blank page you can try to stop it by using the stop button on the actual printer itself
If that doesnt work im really sorry but im out of ideas, good luck

You should have either an icon in the bottom right screen of a printer - if so right click on it and click on "cancel" or click "start", "Control panel", "printers", right click your printer and you should be able to cancel teh print job from there.

good luck

On the botton rt hand corner, by the time, you should see a printer icon. Double click on it and go to actions and select cancel all documents.
