Yes.
You take the mirror, and angle your body so that the mirror reflects the sun's rays downward. Then place the glasses inbetween the mirror and the ground. Then focus the glasses (move them closer and farther away from the ground) until you have a focus point. Place something on that point and voila!

Yes, either of those two things as long as the mirror is concave and the glasses for long sight. The concentrates beam of light has to be directed at something that will burn like paper.
