I had a few of them before, but found their software to be next to useless, unless you do video editing from your camcorder.
I how just use a dual display video card plus a TV card that has the same input as the cameras. I find it a lot better to work with,.

If you are talking about finding an alternative video card that also has the capability of a built in TV Tuner, your alternatives are very few.
It is quite possible though to purchase a video card and tv tuner separate. In this case it would actually probably lead to better performance because many of the All in Wonders are rather weak on the graphics processing side all for the sake of having the built in tuner.
