That's a profoundly deep question to answer with only one cup of coffee in me....but here goes....
the laughter of my kids...the knowing smirk from my husband...the knowledge that I CAN "do it"... the rain glistening on the beautifull flowers... the tears I cry for those who hurt... the acceptance of what I CAN'T do... the amazing ability I have to take care of myself and my family...
so many more things....

I read the others and they all have merit.Real is experiential to the individual. People saying family, love, death, illness are all talking about real emotions and real belief. But to me what is real, factual, is not subjective but objective. What can be seen, heard, felt, tasted or touch by most anyone. The earth and the heavans are as real as death, birth, and family. Everything that makes up our world is real. Things you "believe in" may be real for you but are not necessarily reality. Real cannot lie or trick because by its nature it just is.
