Most Republicans never made it passed middle-school. So they never had a chance to take politics or debate classes.
The only way to beat a Republican is to educate the public. Ignorant people voted for Bush. If we could have educated them, he wouldn't have been elected.

I am sorry but many times the statements made by people here are un-American and the sentiments are more of a loathing for America than a love for it. If the shoe fits....
I have explained many times that you can disagree or even vehemently disagree with the President or any other duly elected politician. You can speak out against some decision or action. But you must remain patriotic.
There can only be two possible sides in any debate if you love America. You can be part of the loyal supporters or part of the loyal opposition. Calling the President of your nation an idiot or a chimp or any other disparaging name is not being patriotic.
If someone is calling for more and more socialist programs, more and more government regulation or more and more taxation they do not love America, they are embracing socialism. Socialism is the antithesis of everything our nation is supposed to be about.
We are supposed to be "Rugged Individualists" that take care of their own problems, support their own families and provide for their own retirement. We are opposed to the loss of liberty that comes from government regulation, government program dependence or confiscatory taxation. To embrace these things is to embrace socialism and by doing so you are turning your back on America.

Honey, nothing happens "every" time......except April 15th Tax Day, and the argument my mother in law starts every THanksgiving over the stuffing recipie.
And this republican has a comeback for you. You aren't unamerican--but you are a psuedo intellectual lumper. A lumper is someone who takes complex, multifactorial issues and lumps them all together and soundly criticizes the whole ball of wax with a triumphant TA-DA.........acting both morally and intellectually superior in doing so.
And I didn't call anyone gay in 7th grade either. ........but apparently you did.

Maybe there is a reason they are saying it? Look back over some of the postings on here and ask how this question or answer has benefited this country? Then you might understand it more!

yeah i did notice that calling ppl gay thing like if you call someone fat and theyre actually fat then you should win but then that fat kid calls you gay and it sounds like a good comeback when really its not cuz they have no proof at all when you clearly have proof that they are fat.
and republicans are boring.

When you can't justify your side you have to resort to name
calling. Kind of like Frank Burns.
How can you possibly justify George Bush.
