Shes coming over to go swiming and i cant use a tampon, Im worried about it b.c u cant go w/o a tampon!! Please help!!

I really don't see how you can be too young for a tampon. I'm sorry to say this to you, but that's your only option. Unless you want to wear a pad like that other person above mentioned. But even then, it'll just soak up a ton of pool water, and you'll probably have a small linger of red around you. (yea nasty image I know... x_x)
Try talking to your mom about this. Like that guy up there said, If you are old enough to be menstruating, you are old enough for a tampon.

Why can't you use a tampon? You cannot swim without the tampon, so either get some,or don't go swimming.

call and cancel the swimming thing with your friend. You can pretend you're sick, or you can tell her the truth. Or you could let her swim and you sunbathe, poolside.
OR, you could go take matteris into your own handsout and buy some tampons yourself or take some of your mom/sister's tampons without them knowing.

yea honey my in basic terms selection for you is to apply a tampon . you need to use a pad yet then u never understand if ur pad is gonna leak with blood and all and sundry will see and u dont prefer your pad to get actual soak and moist with water on precise of that soak and moist with blood .. eww ! lol so ask your mom to apply a tampon even however tampons harm like hell because of the fact i attempted it and that i individually don't like it yet all and sundry is distinctive so purely attempt the tampon out if u fairly wanna pass swimming the following day

okay.. if i were you i really would try a tampon, this might not work for you, but, my friend went swimming on the third day of her period (same as you) without a tampon and it was fine. i wouldnt advise it. explain to your friend? anyways good luck!

no tampon no swimming. you cant swimm without a tampon in. blood will pour down your legs when you get out. dont embarrass yourself tell your friend the truth that your on your period and cant swim

Why are you too young? You aren't breaking your hemen, so your virginity is not messed with. She should show you how to use it, and promise to remove it as soon as you are done swimming. If she refuses, either don't go and hate her or where chorts (llike jean shorts) into the water and hate her. You'll look like you have your period if you go in with your shorts though.

I wish people would stop saying that ypur period stops in water. IT DOES NOT STOP IN WATER. A grown woman told my younger sister that. You can either explain to your mother that you would like to try it so you can go swimming or go swimming with your friend another day. I know.. being a girl sucks sometimes. :]

Reschedule the swimming with your friend for next week. Your friend will understand.
Your period will not stop in a swimming pool! I had a friend who got her period for the first time in a swimming pool and everyone saw it.
