That the "plate umpire".

MLB uses an automated system to evaluate the quality of ball/strike calls, but it does not arbitrate the pitches live. The name is QuestTech or something very similar to that, but whether that is a company name or a specific model of equipment I don't know.

The umpire keeps track of balls and strikes. But a "clicker" keeps track of how many pitches a pitcher has thrown.

I think you are thinking of the "K-zone". They have a box for the strike zone, and can show where the ball went, and it also shows pitch movement.
