Airlines, Domestic Auto Mfgs, Real Estate, Home Builders, Sub Prime Lenders :-) , publishing, etc.

If the US economy has some hard times ahead, the stock market itself could be out of favour... it might be a good time to be cash rich - but not in US dollars as that is the root of the problem.

The Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Investors, and Mortgage Lenders Industry.

Dishonest individuals and companies that give questionable loans with a lot of junk fees to people that may end up losing their home. The Real Estate Brokers and Investors are not policed by their associations and inflated figures to make more money. Remember ENRON ? The honest companies in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry suffer because of the dishonest ones.

Dealing with The Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Investors, and Mortgage Lenders. I could not find people that did not place too many junks fees and when we had our contract read by a Real Estate Attorney the offer for us to buy a home was withdrawn.
