It changes all the time based on how active the baby is at the time. My daughters heartrate was always between 150-165, starting at 7 weeks, until she was born.

At 15 weeks +1 baby's heart rate was at 159, next appointment it was down at 145 and then back up to 152 at the next. It varies depending on whether baby is awake or asleep. If there was a concern your doctor would tell you.

I am currently 27 weeks preg. and had to go to the emergency room and when i was on the baby monitor she ranged from 130- 160 when she was active.. Just depends if she is sleeping or not.. It's just like you if you run a mile your heart rate will go up. If your baby is moving it's heart rate will go up to.. Normal babies heart rate is 120-160

A baby's heart rate - just like your heart rate- can change from moment to moment. If they are sleeping it will be lower and if they have been active it will be higher. Most fetal heart rates are anywhere from 120-180.

Congratulations and good luck.
