I can't rearrange my icons on my desk top. Whenever I click on them and drag they go right back where they

were, can anyone help me? Thanks.
I have Windows 98SE.

right-click anywhere on screen and choose properties, you need to turn off auto-arrange

1- right click in desktop
2- arrange icon by
3-auto arrange with out tick
these way is 4 windows XP all series
in windows 98 is seems these way

upgrade to windows xp.. you will never go back! =)
