I recently bought Dell Inspiron 6400 Laptop online and am unhappy with the display/vga performance. I need guidence from someone who has returned their product/;aptop to dell.

i have the same laptop, several problems, Del dont want to know, DO NOT BUY FROM DEL...

Dell is very good about refund within 21 days, better tahn anyone in the business. No questions asked.

If youre outside 21 days, it's pretty much your own fault. And in most cases, it's the consumers expectatins that are improper or the junk they loaded on their system is the problem not the computer (this is usually the case, they download a virus, maware or a redflag program, then they blame the mfgr of the puter).

I work in the industry and my gf has the 1505 which is a twin of your 6400, so I know your machine quite well. It is probalby the best machine at it's pricepoint. If you are a gamer, you cannot expect to run games with highframe rate and good 3d unless you get an XPS, Falcoln northwest, voodoo or Alienware.

All I can say this time that once a Dell laptop/PC leaves USA or Canada...they are ignorant to give help.
