I've overclocked my Athlon 64 3200+ by 35% and know I'll be able to go higher if I had better cooling. Also right now I have a pretty cheap motherboard that has limmited OC options meaning these are just the basics to OC a litle bit.

You have to lower the HTT and RAM speed because when you increase the FSB everything else it OC'd with it. After you lower the other parts you increase the FSB little by little testing the stability every time with a PC intensive program like Prime95 or 3DMark06.

That'll help. It also requires a little math so you know that if you change on thing what the change will do to other parts.

You adjust your FSB, the 3800+ doesnt run at 2.41GHz so if this is your speed, you are O/C already, how far you can go depend on your hardware, no two OC is the same.
