Depends on the matter, and extent of change. A minor positive change does not require forgiveness. A major negative change may be unforgiveable.

What sort of change? Is she going in for sexual reassignment surgery? If so, then I would say that you are probably justified in being annoyed. If she just changed her underwear, you might try being grateful. It depends.
