Many many times a day. We recently had a tragic loss, our twelve year old son died. Without prayer I could not make it through the day.

I don't say planned or formal prayers unless I'm in church-which isn't often. I talk to God all day long- ask Him questions, say thanks for little things, ask Him to help out someone I see or know to need help. Wonder at some of His decisions and His sense of humor!

When ever I have a question or decision that I feel the creator can help me with. Whenever I see something happen that I am thankful for.
