Questions on body jewellery?

Hi, I'm wondering about nose bones. Do the balls at the end screw off or are they welded there? Also, is it possible to get rings for piercings that twist open or are they all captive rings that have to be put in using pliers?

No the ball does not screw off it is made there. The reason it is there is to help hold it in your nose so it doesn't fall out. Every ring I have seen for piercings are CBR's.

they twist. once you get the hang of it you do not need pliers
