I just learned about this number. 1 quadrillion has 15 zeros after the 1: 1,000,000,000,000,000. Would this amount bankrupt the world?

Yes. The total GDP (gross domestic product, i.e. the value of everything produced for one year) is around 100 trillion dollars, or about 0.1 quadrillion.

So if 1 quadrillion dollars were produced, that would cause a huge amount of inflation since there isn't that much stuff.

There isn't that amount of money. If that amount of money were suddenly printed held by a single person\group, the value of everyone else's dollars would drop compared to the world economy. It would bankrupt the US at least and cause serious financial problems around the world.
