what is the best PCI graphics card available?

These are the only cards u can get there not great but if u cant upgrade or buy a new computer they will do. All the other cards on this site will not work.

@ Chris sum ppl dont have an agp slot in their computers

Why don't you just use an AGP card. AGP is made specifically for graphics, so if you have the money to even be looking at the best video card, u might as well get AGP. (Plus you won't need to use up a PCI slot and can use it for something else)

Usually the most expensive ones are the best, however they can be as much as $500,yikes! Go to pricewatch.com and look at video cards. They have tons of them and the best prices. Find one you can afford, and make sure it fits your motherboard. AGP, PCI, or PCI express. Get one with 8 or more pixel pipelines if you can. I usually buy the fastest hardware I can thats in my budget.
