Good idea, I have a niece who just graduated kindergarten, she's gonna be so happy.

Probably close to an hour. That may seem long, but you have to factor that the progression of beer digestion will go down steadily throughout the night. The drunker people get, the less they are able to drink mostly due to the mental and physical handicaps that they get from being super drunk. There's a good chance by the time you are down to your last case and about half of a keg left, everyone in the room will be too drunk to even walk over to the beer.

the beer of course, the funnel yes, but 3 foot of tubing do you know how much time liquids take to travel 3ft, make the tubing as short as possible distance from keg to mouth it saves on drinking time

Can't you at least put it together? Then you gotta test it. Make adjustments. Recalibrate...Try to not let it fall in the toilet before you give it to whoever.
