Ill tell you what spacetime is, read it and then revise your question. In physics, spacetime is any mathematical model that combines space and time into a single construct called the space-time continuum. Spacetime is usually interpreted with space being three-dimensional and time playing the role of the fourth dimension. According to Euclidean space perception, the universe has three dimensions of space, and one dimension of time. By combining space and time into a single manifold, physicists have significantly simplified a large amount of physical theory, as well as described in a more uniform way the workings of the universe at both the supergalactic and subatomic levels. Thus spacetime is only time relative to space. So what exactly does your quetion mean?

I suggest that you study modern physics and find out what space and time mean. Space and time are dimensions, not objects. Your question is equivalent to asking what happens when a car collides with a mile.

If we were to collide with something called time...which I
doubt is at all possible...we would use up one increment of
time, and "it" would be gone. Looking at my clock, I just collided, if that is possible, with 11:57 AM in Bethesda,
Maryland, USA, Eastern Time. Oooops, that is gone now.
It is now 11:58.

There's nothing to cloolide with. How do you dream up these questions ? They pretty much show that you're ingorant in science
