Yes- but the stuff was pretty tame compared to nowadays- Some nudity and violence, but still pretty tame- movies in the 1980's were more known for their volence (Stallone, Schwarzenegger) then for the sex (maybe a pair of breasts or a bum here or there- nothing explicit) .

Mostly I'd watch that type of movie at a friend's house. My dad was always saying that some PG-13 movies were as bad as rated R ones, so some he didn't want my brother and I to watch.

My parents let me watch whatever I wanted, but back then there really weren't alot of movies with adult content. Infact there weren't ratings on movies for quite some time. I think It's sad we have to have movie ratings and parental locks to keep our children from viewing certain material.

Yes, and no I never think that. It's not like I was watching porno when I was 5-- they let me watch what they felt I was mature enough to watch. And really, I appreciate them for that.

My parents wouldn't even let me or my siblings read the racy papers. Then one day my sister brought home this guy and told them that they were engaged.

My parents did... now that I think about it I probably shouldn't have... But now that I am a parent I restrict what my kids watch.
