A middle name starting with a "n" sound from the middle sound of Anaya would flow well.
Something like:
Anaya Natasha

Anaya Nattily (or you can spell it Natalie)

"Anaya" is very pretty. I agree with the the earlier poster who suggested using a middle name with family meaning.
Why not make a list of all the family members and perhaps even special friends whose names you like, and then select one that sounds really good as her second name?

Anaya Narly . It sound good and it means Freekin' awsome! If not pick Anaya Marie. I think both of them flow!
