It's in between but certainly closer to show material than the typical pet shop guppy.

If I were judging that fish in a show I would consider the following:

Color is good but could extend a bit further down the fish onto it's belly

It's dorsal is excellent! Superior dorsal fin development, which usually means the tail should be big and full as well.

Tail is a little ragged and short but that looks like nipping from other guppies and possible from a strong current in the tank. Not a big mark off, but enough to lose if competition is strong.

Size looks really good too.

Over all a very nice fish that would do well in any general fish show, but has just enough marks against it to probably not place in a International Fancy Guppy Association show.

I would say use that one as breeding stock with another non albino fish of the same colors and look for even more color on the fish near the tail. You have an excellent starting fish to develop a superior line of guppies there in my opinion.

For you and the poster above that had never heard of guppy shows:

There is a show calender there as well as tons of good guppy info.

I have honestly never heard of a guppy show. Do they really have them? That's a cute one, he might win. Please keep us updated. Where are guppy shows held? Are they similar to dog shows?
