How do i play downloaded iso's on my psp version 3.40?

Question

i just got a psp and found out i could play iso's. i downloaded GTA VCS for it and moved it into the game folder on my psp. but when i go to play it it says no game found but it shows that my memory stick has used 832mb. teach me oh great playstation gods!! other then that i love my psp!
