Jehovah's Witnesses believe the bible to teach that astrology and horoscopes are incompatible with true worship.
(Deuteronomy 18:10-12) There should not be found in you ...anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah
Encyclopædia Britannica: "[Astrology is a] type of divination that consists in forecasting earthly and human events by means of observing and interpreting the fixed stars, the Sun, the Moon, and the planets"

lol. I only know one that has blocked me and I have blocked 3 but from a long time ago. The questions I answer mostly are not conflicting ones from the "exe" and opposers. I look for the sincere and ones that are "hungry". Then I even make a point of having a good time on here. You have some great answers though. We just need to be careful...you know sly like a serpent but gentle as a dove.

Hello,
We are discussing this very subject in our Kingdom Halls earthwide this very week.
Jehovah's Witnesses do not involve ourselves in astrology because of it's origins.
It originated in ancient Babylon.
Nimrod, who was in opposition to Jehovah the only true God was ruler of Babel (later known as Babylon). He was a terrible man who hunted men as well as animals. The place was full of false worship & a flaunting of things that Jehovah specifically disliked. One of the things they did did in Babel was the practice of astrology & magic. The attempt at foretelling events by means of looking at stars & planets etc. Jehovah found this practice unacceptable back then & punished them for it and his standards have not changed today.
Genesis 10:8-10
Deuteronomy 18:10-12
Hope that's helped in explaining why we don't do astrology :)
Jehovah's Witnesses aren't usually offended easily as we do like to explain why we believe as we do.
The only possible offense would be if you did one for her without asking her, but as you have a nice attitude in asking about it first, that's unlikely.
Thank you for asking this question
:)

It's against the beliefs of nearly all Christian religions, not just JWs.
The only difference is the witnesses don't teach that a certain amount of sinning is okay.

If she really is a JW you're in for a let down regardless of any horoscope. You may as well buy her a bag of fortune cookies and a deck of tarot cards.

No we do not believe in, nor do/should we as Christians support it.
