sounds like whiteflies (i didn't make that up!) Get some ladybugs and introduce them to your plant(s) they prey on whiteflies and aphids as well.

Try this spray.To one litre of drinking water add 5 ml kerosene,10gms of vegetable oil based washing soap ,and 10 ml of neem oil.Allow to dissolve .Pour this mixture into a hand sprayer and spray this solution daily over the infested portions in the morning.In 10 days time the bugs gradually disappear.Usually the older branches are to be pruned periodically .If you carefully observe these older branches are the breeding places for these white flying bugs .Never allow the plant to become older and prune the very old branches periodically.

Just go the the nearest nursery and ask for the plant eating insect spray or anything that would get rid of them.

you can spray them with "Fairy" liquid mixed with water (95% water)!!!
also if you know were to get Lady bugs from, it helps each Ladybug (the small red insect with black spots on them) eats at least 100 of these white insects then it will fly back to its source.

1 drop of dishwashing soap in a spray bottle of water. They will go away without hurting anything.
