The park brake light is also a warning light to tell you something is wrong with your brake system,
the hard pedal tells me there is something wrong with the power assist, for the brakes, and the lack of power and engine light, put it all together and it sounds like you have a huge vacuum leak, take care of it quick, engine damage is occurring every time you start your engine.

Brake light problem could be low fluid level in the master cylinder or e-brake switch needs to be adjusted---could also be a corroded and sticking e-brake cable keeping the e-brakes on and make it seem like the van has no power....try spraying rust penetrant on all the cables and sheathing the cables go into really good and let them soak for a few hours, place some cardboard underneath to catch the drips and then set and release the e-brake several times to free up the cables. Repeat if still sticking or replace cables.
Service engine soon light---computer should be scanned for trouble codes---try a parts store like Autozone to do it free or try batauto.com for info on doing it yourself---drop down box on right side of their homepage. Or have a repair shop check it out.

you need to have your on board computer checked for trouble code,s.....your brake system is telling you that there is a hydraulic pressure problem....have all code,s read before analyzing.
