Who is Lindsay Lohan? Why on earth would I want to know? What possible good can such an interest add to my life? When will people yearn to find reward from within themselves? Where does all the squandered time go?

They released her to be treated for medical injuries (like the pain in her head now), so she can sober up enough to be booked on charges of DUI and possession and for causing an accident while under the influence.
My guess is she is realizing that holding the vodka bday party instead of inviting her AA friends was not the right choice. Hmm, go figure, that's what addicts do. She's got a verifyable disease, by her own admission, and will probably get probation and mandated treatment. She seems a bit stubborn to me, however, and young....since addiction has a high chance of multiple relapse this is just the way things go. She talented and well known, yes, but sick indeed, instead of high fives we should be thankful that wasn't us. I'm also thankful I'm not a hollywood darling, I don't think it would be worse the hassle...I think the rush of fame can also be addicting....so people like her seem to be in a self appointed prison to me.

She made bail. She still has to answer for the DUI/car accident, and the cocaine the cops found in the car is a new charge. She should either do small time or major probation.

i don't think so. but she should. why is paris the only one to pay the price. this girl is only 20 years old and has already been through "rehab". she should be in jail. if this was a regular person they surely would be in jail. she's underage and there was cocaine found in the car. she needs to pay the price fore her actions.

Does any celebrity ever go to jail for breaking the law? No she was released from custody to medical professionals to tend her minor injuries.

thats where she belongs! any one else would be and she can keep paris company! i hope they behave themselves! its a bit more serious than that lindsay also had cocaine in her car and is under age! why dont the laws apply to young rich people especially actresses in california! dont they care these people are in trouble and need help! they are breaking the law they need to pay up like everyone else.stop k issing their rich dumb a sses!

Doubtful...she did get a dui, but more than likely she won't do any time until she seriously hurts or kills someone. And then she'll probably get the same deal that her pal Paris got.
