is there any possible way to get the letters and that blue background behind them and change the colors

Certainly. Right click on a blank area of your desktop.
You will see a menu pop up. Click on properties. Then on the top, you will see a tab for "appearance", so click on the that.

Play around with the setting there to achieve a pattern you like. If you want to create your own, click on the button that says "advanced." While there, you will see a picture of your menu boxes and such. Click on what you want to change. For example if you click on the words that say "message box" you'll notice under item it says "active title bar" and it will show you the font currently being applied. You can change it from there.

Do be afraid to mess around. If you don't like what you've do go back to the appearance tab, and under color scheme, select default. Happy customizing!

And if you want to change the words, click on the words on the icon once, you'll see it will allow you to type over it. Another way, is to right click the icon, and select rename.

Right click. rename, type in the new name. To get rid of a box the name is in (im also gonna throw instuff to speed up your computer) Right click my computer, choose properties. Choose advanced choose performance. Uncheck anything that says fade, slide or animate. Recheck the box that says "show transparent ". hit apply and OK

yes right click to rename it and click on properties to change back ground

you can right click icon
choose rename
rename it by typing in what you want new name to be
