Okay, if you take the second sound from each of the names, you'll get it to flow really nicely.
So something like:
Mykah Isaac
Makayla Ashlyn

Janessa Avalon
Jalesia Aralyn

Josiah Owen
Mykah Isaiah

Hope one they help! :)

are they 2 boys/girls/ or one of each?

I like twin names that DON'T sound alike.

of the names listed:
Micah - good (Mykah - bad - He's just going to be correcting people all the time on how to spell it.)
Makayla - good but getting overused IMO.
Janessa - ok - different
Jalesia - I wouldn't have had a clue on how to pronounce it and neither will teachers
Josiah - good - traditional but still not overly common.

with all that said i really don't know what to put for middle names but make sure they flow with whichever last name you choose (which by the way I would use yours until you two get married. it causes so much confusion when you send them to school.) and that the initials don't spell anything.

good luck!

Ummm...I'm a twin... and OK, your names are WAY too, as I would say, twin-y. I would hate to have a name that saounds exactly like my twin's name. I mean, Janessa and Jalesia??!!! Come on. Twins are already thought of as two halves of the same person, at least give them different-sounding names!!
