walmart has a shopvac adapter kit that reduces to tiny tools! excellent for keyboards and inside the box. dont know what kind of monitor screen you have , so i cant advise you on that

To clean your keyboard on the surface, just take a lightly damp rag and wipe it down. You can use compressed air to blow out under the keys. If it's really bad. the keys normally pop off with just a little pressure and then you can clean under it.
If you have a glass screen monitor, just use Windex like you would on your TV. If it's a flat panel LCD monitor, you need to get a special cleaner and use a lint free rag. You can get the cleaner at any electronics department. It's the same cleaner you would use for a plasma TV.

Dont clean monitor unless you absolutly must. But distilled water and a BRAND NEW microfiber cloth are best. water on cloth, do NOT spray. As far as keybord cleaning, just a sponge andmild soap water solution. Dont spray, put it on sponge, wring spnge, then clean
