That just happened to me last week end. I was at the nail salon and I had already waited an hour and the guy told me 5 minutes. It was more like twenty. Since I had already invested 60 minutes, I stayed, but never again.

Not at the Department of Human Services in Murfreesboro, TN. Twice I was told it would be a few minutes, and both times I sat for 3 hours. She's a big liar and should look into a hair thickening shampoo. One guy walked in once and asked her how long it would be, and she said a few minutes, and he looked her square in the eye and said, "Don't lie to me. Everytime I have been here I have waited for hours, and I can't do that today. How long is it really going to be." He was still waiting when I left. Poor guy.

Seems like this happens to me every time i call a business establishment, and am put on hold. Their 5 minutes doesn't really mean 5 minutes.
