Ummm... it depends what injury your refer. Anyway, sperm is produced by the work of different organs (Prostate, testicles, Blisters, etc.) and not by penis that only is the sexual organs discharging it after the orgasm. Besides, you can ejaculate but at the same time could be infertile if your sperm will be without spermatozoa.

If you have an injury there, you talk to your dr. most injury in that area are harm less, but it can cause it not to work(can't get it up) or not ejaculate, or ejaculate too fast and everything in between, and even cause your death, if you bleed in side.
