go to the start menu, then run, then type in dxdiag. wait for everything to load up and then you look for the display tab and it will tell you what type of video card you have

Hi. First answer will work (there are always other ways!) but when you get the manufacturer just go to their website for the latest drivers.

click start,>all programs>acessories>system tools>system information.
double click components, then click on display.

then look for the name or adapter description

you can find the new driver of it from the manufaturers website.
