you cant have any fat on your stomach first off. if you are skinny that is a good start. second you need to find a good abs program, I would do the legendary abs series. and running would help or something where you are using your diaphram or stomach muscles in a exercise. I had 6 pack for awhile but I am too fat to see anything now, because I didnt do what I just said up above.

Eat a lot of nutritious foods, like whole grains and lean protein to give you the calories you need to build muscle. I can't give you specific exercises, but you might find this website helpful. =)

Join a gym, get a personal trainer there, and exercise your abdomen muscles as much as you can. Good luck!!
