Yah, I like doing math and I like studying math also. That's also the reason why I go to the mathematics section everyday on yahoo. I didn't have much interest in math until 5th grade though.

Yes I love Maths. But I wont study but I love doing it.
Maths is my favourite subject and I think you are the first person to pose this question in yahoo answers and I seriously liked it.I like it to an extent such that I want to invent many practical applications in maths.
I want to prove to this world that Maths is not a boring subject and every work that we do in our life deal with maths...I want to do research in maths....Maths is so interesting and there is still a lot to know in maths..It is like an ocean.
What about you?Do you feel the same?

I don't think mathematics can be very easily grasped !

Especially when said learning is linked to complex basics!

Or when said learning is not directly related to numbers!

Or when computing just relates numbers that are near to zero!

Or when computing is taught to me by a teacher who do not take efforts to preset computing in a simple manner!

Or when teachers are mearly concentrating to train students for problem solving!

I like study of things like these...

012345679 (without second last digit) is 1/81 recurring digits!
987654321 is 80/81 recurring digits

Merged 012345679 987654321 is (111,111,111) ^2 and by memorising it I can also memorize...
1^2= 01
11^2=0121
111^2=012321
111^2= 01234321
... and so on
111111111^2 = 012345679987654321.

And when I can extend it further to next level like...
00 01 02 03 ..........94 95 96 97 99 = 1/9801
99 98 97 96...........05 04 03 02 01 = 9800/9801
<......................198 digits.......................>

And when I knew said relation can be logically extended to 3-digits, four-digits or a higher order number group my skill to apply numbers (mentally) greatly increase!

If I "learn" mathematics I will never know simplest principles that giudes mathematics ...

I regard applying natural human ability to do computing (based on knowledge disclosed by master-mathematicians) is far more effective than a study (either self or in classroom)

I dont like to study but respectfully treat supreme computation rules!

You will find an interesting Vedic computing principle in both18 digits and 396 digits merged answers given above!

All pairs (except a last pair) are related to 9 or 99 and said last pair alone is related to 10 or 100. A Vedic sutra written thousands of years ago states "all from nine and ending by ten"!

I despised math in school. Still do. I think its criminal the idiotic way schools approaches math, but i suppose they have to cater to lazy people. However, I study math on my own and I would say for me its is more an aspect of spirituality and source of enlightenment than recreation.

Indeed I do. I love it. Call it knack, call it talent, I can never forget a concept I learn and understand. I know it has nothing to do with knack, or talent. Any ordinary fellow can be good at math if he has the interest. Nobody's born genius.

You can't understand and apply concepts if you have no interest in the subject. Then, you must develop understanding and application, which can be obtained by proper training. Interest should come from within.

I did not have much interest when I was studying and paid the price when the crunch time came. So, take interest and study. Take help from a good tutor if needed (I did not have that benefit). Best of luck in your education.

Yeah, I like studying algebra but I am not too keen on studying Geometry.

Anyways, thanks for asking an opinion based question and helping me and all the others who answered this question and earned 2 precious points.
