You shouldn't focus on other people's weaknesses, you should focus on their strengths. I think that is a sign of low self-steem, you want to seek out the failures or weaknesses of others so you can feel better about yourself. You should really set goals because you may be feeling unfulfilled in life.

However if you want to know because you are feeling cautious about a person you are in a relationship or something, pay close attention to their body language. Also read about graphology to learn about their personlity traits, "Handwriting and Personality" by Ann Mahony

Hope you aren't trying to use it negatively.

Watch a person's behaviour closely. If his eyes don't meet yours when he talks to you, he's hiding something. Or he may have a piece of dust in his eye, though that's unlikely.

If he gets uncomfortable in some situations, like talking to girls, you know a girl can easily win him over, and the sort, like if he's uncomfortable talking to his teacher, he'll be a "Yes, sir" type of guy.

If he's a bully and likes to dominate, you immediately know that a small resistance can topple him, as "the bullies are the easiest to lick" - Abraham Lincoln

If he acts on instinct, rather than thought, and believes that valour would fight and win but discretion would run away, complex situations that need thinking will destroy him.

If he's not bookish, exams are his weak point, straight and simple.

If he's a popular guy, with lots of friends, people go to him for help, and he's used to it, desolation is a small weakness.

There are many other behaviour patterns that give away a person's weak points, and this is isn't really a healthy topic to discuss. Do some research on the net. Use Google, or Wikipedia for 'behavior patterns'. Be careful with American spelling.

I have to wonder why you would ask this question. People aren't toys. And they weren't put in this world for you to manipulate. Let me just say that it is extremely hard to know a person's weakness and I thank God that there are 10 defenses we can all use to cover our 'personalities' and then our hearts. You have no right to find another person's weakness. My answer to How Easily? Impossible.

I think you'd best exzmine why you want to know a person's weakness.

If you happen to find a weakness, then hopefully you can avoid it or somhow affirm the person's strengths.

Looking for a person's weakness sounds like (forgive me if I'm wrong) wanting to take advantage in one form or another. This I would not advise. It is not good for the person, and it is not good for you.

More often than not, the characteristic which they most despise in other people is usually an unconfronted issue for themselves.

If you are around them enough, either they will tell you, or you will be able to see for yourself.

I hope that you asked this question in order to help someone--not hurt or take advantage of someone.

I think you should assess your own weaknesses, rather than concern yourself with those of another.
