I saw this special once on the History Channel about Edgar Cayce "The Sleeping Psychic" as he was called. This man was a truely gifted psychic. He would put his self in a sleep like state trance and while in this state you could ask him anything about the future,or how to heal certain things that were ailing you and he would give you a detailed description of what to do that would be deadly accurate. Once while he was in this tranced he was asked did the island of Atlantis really exist, suprisingly he said said yes. He then went onto say in his trance that the Atlantans were a very advanced civilization that had learned to harness the power of the universe, hence my question. They learned to harness the power of the universe but they abused this power and were destroyed. I've asked numerous people about this and no one is able to give me a legitament answer as to what the power of the unvierse could possibly be.

He was probably referring to the major forces of the universe (long range and short range forces, weak and strong forces, that Einstein was trying to unify with his General Theory of Relativity. Gravitation is for example a weak, long range force. Einstein could not unify all the forces. May be some other scientist can in future and may be the Atlanteans could do it. They seemed to have antigravity and many other tools at their command.

May be you should do a renewed search using the above information. Best wishes.

Edgar Cayce has long ago, and thoroughly been proved a false prophet. Any attention paid to him or his works will only lead you in the wrong direction.

You are in a wrong place. This place is for science fact and not for mysticism.
