You are confused between non-american and non Roman alphabet sites. You can go to any site in the world. The only problem is seeing some of the letters. You computer has many alphabets build in such as English, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Hebrew. You would run into problems with Japanese and Chinese sites. If you do not understand those languages there would be no reason to go there or have the font anyway.

The regional and language options control panel will allow you to load some other languages. They take a lot of space when they expand.

Going to non American and American web sites are the same. But when go to some non American websites u may see some small blocks instead of letters. So what u have to do is first u have to understand which language is being used by he site. (For example consider the language is Arabic). Then go to "www.google.com" and search for "free Arabic fonts". Then download the Arabic font from the link u got from google. Then open CONTROL PANEL>FONTS. Then copy the downloaded font to this folder "FONTS". Now u can view the Arabic site without any probs. Do the same for any web language

Hi. To view Chinese characters (simplified or traditional) go to the Microsoft language site. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/downloads/recommended/ime/install.mspx
