I am trying to get back down to a 32" waist. I exercise quite regularaly doing about 6 hours areobic exercises a week. But still I am just that little bit too big for me suit, what can I do to get the last bit of weight off?

You are eating too few calories and your metabolism has slowed down. You need to eat more calories, probably around 2000 a day, but they need to be the right kinds of foods. Cut out the carbs and eat plenty of protein and green vegetables. You can eat moderate amounts of fats.

You should change your exercise. Right now you're doing a lot of aerobic exercise, which does nothing to build muscle. Start a weight training program to build muscle. Muscle tissue is much more metabolically active than fat tissue, so as you gain muscle, your metabolism will speed up and you will burn calories faster.

You are eating too little. 1200 is the minimum for a girl. A guy needs at leas 1600, and plus your working out so you might need more than that. If you don't eat enough calories your metabolism will slow down and your body will go in starvation mode. So everything you eat your body will store instead of burning it off.

If you want a 32 " waist, are you specifically targeting that area? Maybe you need to change up your exercise routine and look to tone up certain areas. At home, a hula hoop can help. Also, it's not unusual to hit a plateau when trying to lose weight. It happens to most people, so don't be discouraged.

Probably because you are not burning up more than 1200 calories a day. May be a problem with your metabolism. To be sure, consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
